• Your Skin Concerns: Your main concerns that you want to address (e.g., rosacea, hyperpigmentation, acne). If you have sensitivity, please note the suspected cause (e.g., retinol, plant allergy, specific acids).

• Your Current Routine: To get an idea of what you've tried, what has been successful or not.

• Your Specific Goal: I specifically [want help with/am looking for a product to/am curious about trying] and/or, I'm a busy mom and want to limit my steps to 3 if possible.

Please Note: Booking & Cancellation Policy

Our policy requires at least two hours' notice to cancel or reschedule your consultation. Please email us at hello@playlabbeauty.com.

Cancellations: If you cancel outside of the two-hour window, there is no refund for your booking fee.

Rescheduling:

• To reschedule, you must notify us at least two hours before your original appointment time.

• Process: To book your new slot, you will need to re-purchase the consultation. Once completed, we will immediately credit the $50 from your first order back to you.

No-shows and Late Cancellations (less than two hours' notice): We understand that things come up unexpectedly. However, for no-shows and late cancellations, the $50 booking fee is non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for credit.
