WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

Please refer to playlabbeauty.com/returns for our full policy. Items must be returned in the same condition they were received in and follow the applicable conditions listed in our guidelines:

Hygiene and safety are important to us. We will accept back beauty products within 14 days, provided that they are unused and unopened. Products where the protective seal is no longer intact, opened, or used, cannot be returned for a refund.

WHAT IS YOUR EXCHANGE POLICY?

If you change your mind, we recommend returning the original item and placing a new order for the desired product.

HOW DO I MAKE A RETURN?

You can return your item by contacting us at hello@playlabbeauty.com with your order number and item that you would like to return.

CAN I COMBINE RETURNS FROM DIFFERENT ORDERS?

Yes, you can return your item by contacting us at hello@playlabbeauty.com with your order numbers and items that you would like to return.

WHAT WILL BE THE REFUND METHOD FOR MY RETURN?

All refunds will be issued to the original form of payment unless store credit has been requested.

• E-Gift cards or gift certificates will be refunded back to the original e-gift card/gift certificate.

WHEN WILL I BE REFUNDED?

Returns take us 2-3 business days to process upon reaching our facility. Once your return is processed and your refund is issued, you will receive a refund confirmation email. Refunds can take up to 3-5 business days to reflect on your credit card account. This varies depending on your financial institution.

Shipping

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

Orders will ship within 2 business days.

WHAT SHIPPING METHODS DO YOU OFFER?

• Economy 5 - 8 Business Days
• Standard 3 - 4 Business Days

There are areas in which we cannot expedite shipping due to logistics. These areas include:

• Hawaii
• Alaska
• Puerto Rico (US Territory)
• US Virgin Islands (US Territory)

For US territories and Alaska, the orders will ship either USPS or DHL.

DO YOU SHIP TO APO PO BOXES OR MILITARY FPO/DPO ADDRESSES?

Yes. We offer the USPS delivery option to APO or Military FPO/DPO addresses. Delivery service to these addresses can take 5-10 business days. Please note that certain items are restricted depending on the country of the Military address.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER BEFORE IT SHIPS?

If you need to cancel your order, please email us at hello@playlabbeauty.com as soon as possible. We strive to ship orders immediately, so your order may already be in process. If that’s the case, you will need to request a return once it arrives.

CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO MY ORDER?

Unfortunately, we are not able to change out the items in an order once the order has been placed. You can process a return for the unwanted item once received. You can place a new order for the correct product as well.

POSSIBLE DELAYS

We do our best to ensure timely deliveries for all orders. On a rare occasion, these packages can arrive outside of the estimated timeframe.

WHY IS MY PACKAGE STILL NOT TRACKING?

If you recently received the tracking number, it can take up to 24hrs before the tracking information is updated by the courier.

WILL MY PACKAGE REQUIRE A SIGNATURE?

No.

WHAT IF MY PACKAGE IS LOST OR STOLEN?

In the unfortunate event, you are not able to locate a package that has been marked delivered by the courier, please wait 24 hours in case the package was prematurely marked but is awaiting delivery. We are obligated to wait 24 hours by carriers. After 24 hours from delivery, if you are still not able to locate your package, please contact us at hello@playlabbeauty.com for assistance.

WHAT IF MY PACKAGE IS MISSING AN ITEM(S)?

If you're missing items from a shipment, please take a photo of the inside and outside of the packaging immediately and email us at hello@playlabbeauty.com within 7 days of ship date with the photos attached.

WHAT IF MY PACKAGE IS RETURNED TO SENDER?

If your item is returned to sender due to your error in shipping address, your inability to accept the package, or another reason outside of PlayLab Beauty's control, you may request that we resend the package once we receive that package back in our possession by emailing us at hello@playlabbeauty.com. We just ask that you pay for the shipping fee. We won't charge a generic flat fee, just the exact amount it will cost us. Please be patient with the delivery timing as we've noticed return to sender shipping takes longer than expected.

Credit cards are a secure payment method to use when shopping online. PlayLab Beauty takes security measures and fraud monitoring to keep your account information safe.

WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?

• Credit Cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club.
• 3rd party payment methods: Shop Pay, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Meta Pay and Venmo. Options may vary based on location and order amount.
• PlayLab Beauty E-Gift certificates/Gift cards.

WHEN WILL MY CARD BE CHARGED?

An authorization charge is made when your order is placed. We will complete the charge when the order ships out.

DOES STORE CREDIT EXPIRE?

Your store credit/gift card balance does not expire, however, due to state escheatment laws, if there has not been any recent activity on the account (within 3 years or 5 years depending on the state), we will notify you of your account balance. If we do not receive a response from you and if there is still no activity on your account, we may need to report and send the funds to the state.
