Please Note: Booking & Cancellation Policy
Our policy requires at least two hours' notice to cancel or reschedule your consultation. Please email us at hello@playlabbeauty.com.
Cancellations: If you cancel outside of the two-hour window, there is no refund for your booking fee.
Rescheduling:

To reschedule, you must notify us at least two hours before your original appointment time.

Process: To book your new slot, you will need to re-purchase the consultation. Once completed, we will immediately credit the $50 from your first order back to you.
No-shows and Late Cancellations (less than two hours' notice): We understand that things come up unexpectedly. However, for no-shows and late cancellations, the $50 booking fee is non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for credit.
