WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

Please refer to playlabbeauty.com/returns for our full policy. Items must be returned in the same condition they were received in and follow the applicable conditions listed in our guidelines:

Hygiene and safety are important to us. We will accept back beauty products within 14 days, provided that they are unused and unopened. Products where the protective seal is no longer intact, opened, or used, cannot be returned for a refund.

WHAT IS YOUR EXCHANGE POLICY?

If you change your mind, we recommend returning the original item and placing a new order for the desired product.

HOW DO I MAKE A RETURN?

You can return your item by contacting us at hello@playlabbeauty.com with your order number and item that you would like to return.

CAN I COMBINE RETURNS FROM DIFFERENT ORDERS?

WHAT WILL BE THE REFUND METHOD FOR MY RETURN?

All refunds will be issued to the original form of payment unless store credit has been requested.

E-Gift cards or gift certificates will be refunded back to the original e-gift card/gift certificate.

WHEN WILL I BE REFUNDED?

Returns take us 2-3 business days to process upon reaching our facility. Once your return is processed and your refund is issued, you will receive a refund confirmation email. Refunds can take up to 3-5 business days to reflect on your credit card account. This varies depending on your financial institution.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

Orders will ship within 2 business days.

WHAT SHIPPING METHODS DO YOU OFFER?

Economy 5 - 8 Business Days
Standard 3 - 4 Business Days

There are areas in which we cannot expedite shipping due to logistics. These areas include:

Hawaii
Alaska
Puerto Rico (US Territory)
US Virgin Islands (US Territory)

For US territories and Alaska, the orders will ship either USPS or DHL.

DO YOU SHIP TO APO PO BOXES OR MILITARY FPO/DPO ADDRESSES?

Yes. We offer the USPS delivery option to APO or Military FPO/DPO addresses. Delivery service to these addresses can take 5-10 business days. Please note that certain items are restricted depending on the country of the Military address.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER BEFORE IT SHIPS?

If you need to cancel your order, please email us at hello@playlabbeauty.com as soon as possible. We strive to ship orders immediately, so your order may already be in process. If that’s the case, you will need to request a return once it arrives.

CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO MY ORDER?

Unfortunately, we are not able to change out the items in an order once the order has been placed. You can process a return for the unwanted item once received. You can place a new order for the correct product as well.

POSSIBLE DELAYS

We do our best to ensure timely deliveries for all orders. On a rare occasion, these packages can arrive outside of the estimated timeframe.

WHY IS MY PACKAGE STILL NOT TRACKING?

If you recently received the tracking number, it can take up to 24hrs before the tracking information is updated by the courier.

WILL MY PACKAGE REQUIRE A SIGNATURE?

No.

WHAT IF MY PACKAGE IS LOST OR STOLEN?

In the unfortunate event, you are not able to locate a package that has been marked delivered by the courier, please wait 24 hours in case the package was prematurely marked but is awaiting delivery. We are obligated to wait 24 hours by carriers. After 24 hours from delivery, if you are still not able to locate your package, please contact us at hello@playlabbeauty.com for assistance.

WHAT IF MY PACKAGE IS MISSING AN ITEM(S)?

If you're missing items from a shipment, please take a photo of the inside and outside of the packaging immediately and email us at hello@playlabbeauty.com within 7 days of ship date with the photos attached.

WHAT IF MY PACKAGE IS RETURNED TO SENDER?

If your item is returned to sender due to your error in shipping address, your inability to accept the package, or another reason outside of PlayLab Beauty's control, you may request that we resend the package once we receive that package back in our possession by emailing us at hello@playlabbeauty.com. We just ask that you pay for the shipping fee. We won't charge a generic flat fee, just the exact amount it will cost us. Please be patient with the delivery timing as we've noticed return to sender shipping takes longer than expected.

An authorization charge is made when your order is placed. We will complete the charge when the order ships out.

DOES STORE CREDIT EXPIRE?

Your store credit/gift card balance does not expire, however, due to state escheatment laws, if there has not been any recent activity on the account (within 3 years or 5 years depending on the state), we will notify you of your account balance. If we do not receive a response from you and if there is still no activity on your account, we may need to report and send the funds to the state.

Hoping for results!

This is my first time using this product, so I havent seen results yet. However, I love that its so easy to apply and am hoping to see a change soon!

Don't hesistate

This essence has already changed my skin! I get an immediate glow and i feel like my skin texture and overall radiance has improved since using this. I've only been using it for a couple week! Can't wait to see what else it changes with my skin.

IN LOVE WITH THIS CREAM

Freaking love this cream! Bought another one right away. It gives my skin the hydration it needed. This became my go to cream!

I’m glad it doesn’t leave a greasy feeling like others do. As soon as I first put it on, a literally sigh of satisfaction came out - left my skin soft and smooth. Won’t find another like this.

The BEST setting spray I've used!

This setting spray kept my makeup on in the winter weather in Japan, the humidity in the Philippines, and the dry heat in California! This is one of the best, if not the best, setting sprays ive used.

It applies on wet and dries down to a semi matte finish. I like that the nozzle is continuous and leaves a fine mist. I hope they add the face primer from the same brand to their inventory!

It’s amazing!

Went in looking for a new toner. Was recommended this and maybe two others. They were generous with offering a sample, and I was sold. It’s a great lightweight feeling, a little went a long way. Super happy with this product!

So Far, it’s a yes for my 60-year-old skin

I have started with the mild one based on the recommendation, since this is my first time using a product with these ingredients. I have been using a retinol product for six months. I will say I have had no stinging. Because of the retinol I am using the product every other day. So far it's a yes for me. I will finish using all 50 and then move up to the 100, which I already purchased.

Love this cream. Really gets rid of puffiness.

Combo skin approved

I was using a lighter cream but still got dry spots sometimes (combo skin) and this is a great option for a light but more nourishing moisturizer.

I love this sun screen stick. No mess and it glides right on. Doesn’t leave a white cast nor is it oily.. worth every penny!

Didn’t work

I Was not happy with the product. My makeup was still on after I tried to add some water to it. It felt as if it was just water in a bottle. Don’t know if it’s because it’s a vegan product. I’ve found that vegan products don’t work as good. Or is it just the Korean skin care hype that has it on the shelf. I’m surprised playlab has this as one that made the cut. It’s too bad I’m front out of town. I would have liked to return this. A waste of 25 dollars.
